About Katale

Katale is a marketplace that connects buyers with real shops on WhatsApp.

Shops post their products and prices on Katale. When you find something you like, tap Order on WhatsApp and a chat opens with the shop, with your order already typed. You agree on the price, the item and the delivery directly with the shop.

What Katale does not do

• Katale does not take payments. You pay the shop directly.
• Katale does not deliver. Delivery is arranged between you and the shop.
• Prices, stock and delivery are set by each shop.

“Checked by Katale”

Every shop is reviewed by Katale before it goes live. This is a basic check, not a guarantee. Always see the item before you pay, meet in safe public places, and never send money to a number you have not confirmed with the shop.
